Khaled Al Jallal is a litigator with more than a decade of experience at a tier one law firm. He is adept at resolving court issues as a representative of corporations and businesses, practicing civil, commercial and company law, with an impressive proven track record. Mr. Al Jallal co-founded Miras Legal in and currently serves as a the Head of the Litigation Department.
Mr. Al Jallal has comprehensive dispute resolution experience on commercial matters – he has advised on Islamic finance matters and agency disputes, playing a pivotal role in various trademark protection cases and court-related procedures.
Khaled established Amar Finance’s legal department in 2007, undertaking tasks such as the preparation of the necessary documentation and active participation in listing Amar Finance in the Kuwait Stock Exchange market. He legally supervised the establishment of the Amar Real Estate Fund with a value of USD 33 million, and followed up on all legal matters related to its success.
Mr. Al Jallal has actively participated in advising and assisting flagship companies for over a decade such as: Al Rai Media Group (Al Rai TV & Al Rai newspaper), ADES International Holding, Al Jazeera Airlines, the Public Authority for Social Security, Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) and the Securities House Company.
Khaled received his LLB from Kuwait University in 2006 (bachelor’s degree in law) and a training diploma in business administration from the National Institute. He is also a certified arbitrator and is certified in Islamic law and finance.

Abdullah Al Khurafi has extensive experience providing day-to-day corporate legal advice, has acted as board secretary and legal counsel for flagship companies (such as EQUATE Petrochemical Company) and has experience in negotiations with governmental and private entities. Mr. Al Khurafi is a co-founder of Miras Legal and currently serves as the firm’s Head of the Corporate Department.
He has an extensive background in commercial and civil law, specializing in advising listed and unlisted companies on corporate matters. He is well-versed in establishing new businesses, executing merger and acquisition local and cross-border transactions, and reviewing companies’ constitutions when laws are revised. For more than a decade, Mr. Al Khurafi has collaborated with leading international law firms on joint mandates. Such firms include Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringers, White & Case, Norton Rose Fulbright and King & Spalding. He has worked with various clients including Kuwait Investment Authority, AREF Investment Group, EQUATE Petrochemical Group, and BRF S.A.
In addition to his LLB degree (bachelor’s degree in law), Mr. Al Khurafi continued his postgraduate studies in both business administration and Islamic finance, thus, creating a combination of academic knowledge and field practice.. He holds certifications from Cornell University, the Kuwait Bar Association, and the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
