Miras Legal has represented private transportation companies, courier companies and heavy trucks leasing companies.

Our services included negotiation of share purchase agreements, advising on leasing agreements, advising, and submitting Economic Concentration applications to the Competition Protections Authority (CPA) (antitrust authority), drafting corporate documents, acting on behalf of shareholders in general assemblies and other services were provided.

We recently acted as the legal adviser for the acquisition of OCS company by SMSA (a major player in the courier market in the MENA region).
